Data Privacy Statement

I take privacy concerns very seriously and want to make sure that your privacy is protected at all times when using my website. In the following privacy statement, I would therefore like to explain to you how your information is handled.

Contact

If you send me an email, this email including the contact details you provided will be stored with me for the purpose of processing the request and for follow-up questions. The same applies corrspondingly to phone calls; your phone number will be stored with me on a case-by-case basis, so that I can call you back. Of course, I do not pass this data to any other party.

Processing of data received from you by email or phone is thus always based on your consent (GDPR article 6 (1) point a). You may revoke that consent at any time. To do so, sending me an email is sufficient. The legality of all data processing already done is not affected by such revocation.

Data received by me via email or phone is saved by me until you ask for deletion of such data, revoke your consent for saving such data or the reason for saving this data does not exist anymore (for instance after final processing of a request). Binding legal obligations - especially legal document retention periods - are not affected.

Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law you may request information on personal data saved by me, the origin of such data and the purpose of use of it. If applicable, you may also ask for data correction or data deletion. This is free of charge according to GDPR article 12 (5). To do so, please contact me at the address shown in the imprint below.

Access data without personal reference

As soon as you request a file from the website, access data is collected and stored by default.

This record consists among other things of:

• the page from which the file was requested,
• the name of the file,
• the date and time of the request,
• the transferred amount of data,
• the access status (i.e., whether the file was transferred or possibly not found, etc.),
• the anonymous (shortened) IP address of the requesting computer,
• a description of the type and version of the web browser used,
• the active operating system and the screen resolution set.

This data will be evaluated if necessary for the technical administration of the website; a transfer to third parties, even in excerpts, does not take place. Although this anonymous data is stored on the web server, it is never correlated with any other data by me, so no assignments to a particular person are possible.

Legal basis for this data processing is GDPR article 6 (1) point b which allows processing for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Personal Data

The website does not collect or store any personal data.

Cookie Usage

The website does not use any cookies.

Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores on your computer. If you open the corresponding page again, these cookies allow to recognize your computer.

Web Analytics

The website does not use any analysis tools (no Google Analytics, no remarketing and nothing else).
